Improve safety- police absence in the trains, cleanliness in toilets, unauthorised vendors menace on the trains, Reserved bogies occupied by on reservation passengers beggars, over crowded & dirty station premises & outside station areas & then talk big
Nowadays the TTE is not travelling ,the doors are not closed in night in reserved compartment,Toilets are without water-is this railways contribution to P.M. initiated Clean Bharat?- unauthorized passengers enter reserved compartments as no TTE is there travelling but alight and gets down is some stations.The passenger service is worse than in the past.First make that all right R.Ponnambalam

Don't make motherhood statements .. This may be happening in Cowbelt states. Come to south and western part of india and you will see conditions are better ... The problem is entirely with railway .. it is the problem with the general mentality of the people in that area ..

Mr. Gokula Patra, Jansatabdi exp. No.12081 running in Kerala, is fitted with 4 ordinary train coaches. The fair paid by passenger traveling in Jansatabdi coach with better amenities and the old ordinary coach is same.. Is it not an anomaly created by Railways? Public Grievance cell of Trivandrum Division of Southern Railway did not even bother to send a reply for my complaint.

Dear Suresh.. my point is railway definitely has a long way to go before claiming to be world class , but more than that lets look at our own civic sense.. Railway can max provide 100 helping hand to clean a mess created by a crore .. This way the cleanliness expectation will never fulfill. As a country we need to develop a sense of civility and cleanliness within.. Now a days even 2nd AC coaches in premium trains like rajdhani and duronto are not clean .. not because of railway but because of the people travelling in it ..

Dear Recently RBI has lost some around more or less 5 crore from train compertment in Chennai Station. If it can happen in SOUTH everything can be happen there.
Last 2 years efforts of our new Govt (BJP) is definitely bearing fruits and showing results now. Earlier thought Indian Railways would never change, but only go from bad to worse ! Our PM Modi has used his foreign trips to great advantage and has rightly decided that Indian trains too should be just like Europe, America and Japan! Keep up the good work, Sir !

first of all i would like to say thanks to Indian railways. the important point i would like to add is about the crowd on platform.As we see in the picture lot of people hanging around the windows to see of their relatives. The train is having aircraft like features but the system of boarding trains is not like of aircraft.As in airports when we go to see off our relatives we are not allowed to enter into the security zone with the passenger.same system should be followed in the trains.The luggage of passengers should be handled by the train compartment attenders. This will make lot of benefits. increases safety,train will be clean in and out.etc

No one will oppose, provided Railways put priority at right spot. Jansatabdi exp. No. 12081 is running with 4 ordinary dirty coaches. Even other Jansatabdi coaches in that train is old, dilapidated,and outlived its life! passengers pay 25% more, and get this coach to travel! where to fix priority? on white elephants or common man's amenities?
