I have four Vodafone number in my name used by me and my family members. I am getting good network every where except at my residence where I get absolutely no net work. I had written several letters to their MD, Director Technical and Network department but the position is the same. Many time their network representative has visited my home and reported very poor or no network at my place. They have given one gadget with which I am getting network but I have two flats and I can not carry this Gadget every time I go to my other flat on the same floor in the same premise. This Vodafone people manipulate the facts and give wrong facts on their website to fool consumers. They show Good network for my area on their website while the fact s totally different. This people don't care for consumers and are only interested in minting money.

I feel that the Director Technical should resign from his post if he is incapable of providing proper network to his customers.
