What an inappropriate titled article. The lady does not have requisite qualification to be Central banker where anyone can ride the lion with a degree in literature. What is her achievements? She entered bank with an entrance exam and has remained with the same bank and with time has reached top position enjoying huge perquisites for herself. What has bank got in return. A very rude staff, lot of NPAs (mind you not all NPAs are because of slow down) but because of wrong lending which is both, lending to a wrong person as well as lending for a new project.
