SO SAD
by binu ravi on Apr 28, 2016 06:06 PM  | Hide replies

Recently I visited kerala and was sad to see Bengalis working as casual labours there. they are from the age of 15-21. they are paid 5k -7 k a month. they are in large numbers. this shows that they have no job opportunities in the state. I think the govt at Bengal is only interested to keep the maximum population poor & illiterate so that the people will work as slave for generations.

I request some educated lot should enlighten this poor guys to study further and obtain a job.

The mighty tatas would have surely given opportunity to 1000s directly & indirectly.

when will our country wake up and be free from the hands of illiterate rulers.

Jai hind

Excellent growth in Bengal. Higher taxes on commodities, cigarette, bidis will defenitely compensate revenue generation potential lost on Nano plant. Anything left untaxed, please tax that also like drinking water and income tax from labourers fleeing to other states to make a living.

anybody who opposes congress, these channels will write negative things! If Mamta was joining hands with Congress, then you would find the same writer writing what a great decision it was for Mamta to stop Nani from coming to Bengal ... because nano is a failed car, etc etc.

I am not a TMC supporter but Mamata Govt needs to be applauded for the good work done.

Although no new industries have up in last 5 years, her reshaping governance has brought tremendous positive results.

Govt revenue just doubled from 20000 Cr to 40000 cr in just 3 years of her term. This year WB state economy grew by 10.5% against national average of 7.5%.

Excess revenue came from commodity service tax. Whatever commodities are coming from other states Mamata Govt. put tax on that. Same item Bengal people is paying more compared to other states. This is the actual recipe.

It failed in marketing campaign. The best way to promote Tata nano is through rural folk and urban college youth.
