Very simple, finish DA linked perqs. and pension and revision of pay of any govt. employee and politician till everyone is guaranteed the employment at least at minimum wages. If the above restriction is done, immediately Rs.1 lac crore will be available to start with. But so far we are living in British era of slavery where only Lords(Govt. servants) and today politicians are looked after all others are goats to be butchered.
As usual so called experts intellectuals pat for "reforms' , training to young , start ups make in India etc . Nothing could be seen for years . instead Invest heavily in Irrigation systems, build new dams, canals ensure water to all fields Free farmers from GM seeds. chemical fertilisers to make them economically independent stop people moving from villages to town to avoid pollution unemployment and urban problems Make India agri exporting country
No other initiatives will revive economy which is already destroyed over 20 years by UPA
