The company after paying cut money at various levels had no option but to compromise on quality. Why blame the company alone,it is the whole system that is faulty. All such bridge making should be done under the supervision of the army.

The contractor may have over spent the funds sanctioned for the project for bribing the politicians and Govt. authorities firstly to win the project and then for seeking necessary clearances in course of execution.

This would have resulted in serious cost over-runs leading to time delays, cutting of scope of work and compromising on quality by the contractor when forced to complete the project under such constraints.
