What is remarkable is the speed with which the company readily owned up to wrong doing and apologized to customers and the public at large. In India our politicians and businessmen never accept their wrongdoing and always behave as if they are perfect. In fact , they scramble to hire lawyers and start spitting out deception and lies to make them look good. There has been no case in last 25 years at least where such an open admission of wrong doing was made by a public figure or company.

Incidentally, politicians are just representatives of the general public. We should remember that when 'one' finger is pointed at anybody, three fingers are pointed backwards. The people of the country should be blamed for electing such politicians into power.
