If so, appears to be very good progress, but when it will be reflected by way of reducing or finishing reservations in India which is anti secular and anti democratic act.

I would like to highlight this report to the readers and would like to congratulate the policy makers, the Planning Commission, and the government machinery who have sincerely worked since 1991 after opening up of Indian Economy towards eradication of poverty from the country which has multiple challenges of growing population, inadequacy of infrastructure, lack of health and education facilities. It is heartening to see that the international agencies have recognised the good work done by India during last two and a half decades to make things better and brighter for the poor masses of this country. Now those saying nothing has been done during last 60 years should revisit and rethink.

Spot on.
A lot of Credit to Manmohan Singh for his breakthrough policies as the finance minister in 1991.
Inclusive policies have been beneficial to share the rewards of globalization amongst the masses equally.Education has played an important role too.Hope this continues

Sir, with due respect, I have lived in UP and quite a few of my relatives live in the interior small towns of UP...... there are 12 hour power cuts still, out of 24 hours.... In Bihar and UP electric poles are standing, wire is there but no electricity flowing in them. The angst was against the corruption against which the previous dispensation did not do anything, rather they went into a shell and avoided taking decisions.
