When someone reads all the comments under, it is very clear that nobody pity the builders. it is the greedy builders who try to cheat all the buyers. Property prices in metros have risen about 1500% in part 10 years???????
Who is the reason for this. Builders has to realize that the cheating cannot be prolonged. do not be greedy, do not try to cheat, cheat, cheat, the buyers. Once the builders give up cheating attitude and greed the sector will automatically get unprecedented growth boost, the real growth boost. Not the unsustainable bogus Growth that they achieved earlier, i am speaking about the real growth.
All these looting builders should be shot dead. Property prices in Mumbai are exorbitantly high and donot justify its valuation at all. Common salaried person can't afford to buy even small 1BHK flat in Mumbai.
All builders, keep high margin and use the black money or through hawala, used to get all flat sold and poor was not able to think to buy new house/flat due to high price. Its right things are happening, no one is there to buy flat (Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore etc). People job are not secure, in case loosing job how to manage EMI with high living cost. Builders are not ready to reduce price, builder delay the construction due own benefit, builder used to make paper with buyers in own favour, why anyone should invest in insecure sector since most of the construction starts without proper approval.
Builders forget that it is they who approach politicians & officers with bribes to get their illegal development rights, encroaching on forest land, putting up additional floors, developing NDZ, etc etc. Everybody has to pay somewhere
The rates charges by these realty developers are so high which the MIG can not afford.. The delays and poor construction quality add further probs to buyers. The Govt has to frame a housing policy protecting buyer's interests. In Chennai 11 storey building collapsed killing some 60 odd people. But either the TN govt or the court help the buyers to get their money back.. the Govt, politicians are hand in gloves and the culprits are roaming free on bail. India has poor systems and corrupt politicians every where,, either live or commit suicide .Human lives does not have any value here.
