The biggest and most proliferate generators of Black Money are the Bureaucrats and the politicians and every Indian Knows this and Painfully cannot do anything. Customs Income, tax, the stamp office, and Stamp office the sales tax in fact all the regulatory systems are made complex and left to the discretion of the Babus & the system is tailor made for bribes. How is that the Politicians sons amd dauters amass so much wealth in so short time at an young age and flaunt wealth? why is the system becomes immune for them?
