Though humility of Munjal sir is much appreciated, there is particular pattern of acceptance for vehicles in Indian Public. The then, Hero Honda found instant acceptance with it's fuel mileage of seventies, in comparison to 30-40 of existing Motorcycles. Quality service etc takes time to appreciate but what appeals to Indian Public first is "Value For Money". Marut1i's is the same story. Skoda1 found acceptance on mileage but lost on maintenance front. Indica was accepted on same Value for money thing but Quality problems seeped in and finds no more support in market. In nutshell, introduce on Value for Money and back it up with efficient and economical service. Those who followed this rule, existed in India, rest just perished !!
