first of all a employee appointed by the owner not by trade union and salary given by owner when he joining first he should understand payment and other terms and condition with that government rule be maintain there if owner not maintaining it then govt make a labour court there it will be solved and trade unions must be stopped it always misguiding the labours or employees.

BJP at same time saying two opposite things . Employee should get ready to leave , fire by Employer and same time talking for employee compensation, training, Job Security. How can two opposite things possible at same time.

without goal post you cant hit goal, first remember that... ESIC is such a worse department, it is a kind of gunda kind... they do nothing but collect money, also most workrs not happy with that department. we need both employer and employee, just remember that.. Great decision by Modijee that PF and ESIC only wish by employees.
