K M Mani is an accused in a big theft case in Kerala. He has stone walled all appeals to him to step down as finance ministers due to his status as an accused.
Now, with this elevation, this thief would definitely feel that he is certainly above the law !

Its quite a common now a days to spoil anybody's fame by spitting false allegations as has been done agst Cong in parliament with crores of cash as-if meant for horse trading. Moneys are being spent by illegal looters for removing the good. No one likes honest tough bureaucrats -
