had already been experienced by us farmers from andhra pradesh. last kharif was good for some farmers despite hud hud cyclone and bph attack during the harvesting stage of paddy. but what hud hud and the bph could not do the govt did. the msp it fixed was devastating. also it prohibited our CM in giving an additional bonus of Rs 50/- per bag. during that period i vent out my feelings through this forum. season changed. but the govt's apathy towards the farmers did not
