Corruption

Defective laws, responsibility of proving corruption is of Govt. not of individual. Prime facie if anyone found corrupt, must be terminated first-responsibility to prove innocent should be of an individual-not of Govt.
Today inquiry and other details take years, by that time fellow is restored plus he gets 75% salary during suspension and later on everything. Whereas country has unemployed people to be appointed.

Accountability for accidents????
by Suresh Tenvillage on Mar 20, 2015 05:02 PM

We have seen so many railway accidents in the past, where many innocent passengers lost their lives and the trend is continuing without an interruption. Hardly seen any fearsome action on the culprits or gross dereliction of duties by any of the railway employees.

In most occasion, railway accidents happen at the gross negligence mainly by the linemen, signal man and in some instances loco driver. Adding to the list, the railway board chairman, if not acted on the complaint by above staff on any deficiencies either on the line, signals or railway engine or bogey itself.

Beyond these three -four elements the accident can rarely happen. Even then, there is no action to remember so far on any of these elements till date. The action in the instant refers to life imprisonment, as such calamities leads to the death (murder ?) of innocent passengers varying from one to few hundreds.

I must blame the judiciary, which is probably one of the weakest in the world (is it really serving the countrymen-lethargic)for not taking note of seriousness of any lapses by the public servants. However, it become PROACTIVE in matters of small religious issues, that's to if it pertains to so called minorities. Really aghast!!!!

Wake Up!!!!!

corruption
by NEELAKANTAN R on Mar 20, 2015 04:43 PM

It is the attitude of every Indian which has come for a long time now. When the problems are more now every body feels for the corruption. First we have to change the corrupt electoral practices. Next Judiciary should be more fast in delivery of judgment. Every body as of now feels we can get things done by hiring a good lawyer. for example what was wrong when a lower court (supposed to be a good judge) summons ex- PM in a scam. Now every body feels judge has done wrong in summoning a honest person (?) with High class integrity. Bihma was a person of high integrity and honest. But he failed to give a proper advice. That is also a crime is it not.
