One of the very good airline, but Gpvt. does not have alternate to retire non performers and unwanted early, as such suffering for this condition. They have more than 3000 unwanted work force. Modi is also afraid of like earlier Govt. to retire non performers, unfit and suspected corrupts from the job, till this service condition is not reformed, no expectation from any Govt. to compete with private sector and others.
Air India will not close as it will affect the free tickest given to the bureacrats , politiciams & not to forget the relatives of the Air India employees
