BLACK MONEY
failed mauka
by BLACK MONEY on Mar 02, 2015 05:21 PM

Though Indian Cricket Team lived up to Mauka,
sHRI aRUN jAITELY failed and failed miserably.
BJP must remember that unless and until it cracks down on BLACK MONEY, right its creation in every nook and corner and takes effective steps to keep happy its base constituency LOWER MIDDLE CLASS; MIDDLE CLASS AND UPPER MIDDLE CLASS, it is going DELHI way.
I repeat MY CAMPAIGN TO END BLACK MONEY POINTS:
Sir I just happened to visit Connaught Place other day and was taken aback:
1      On each pavement, supposedly created for pedestrians, n number of persons were doing business, selling books, handicrafts, cold drinks, so on and so forth
2      Till that time I had thought that pavements and footpaths are for exclusive use of pedestrians and to allow unhindered use of roads by vehicles.
3      I am also aware that for laying these footpaths/pavements NDMC has spent huge sums.
4      I also observed that none of these encroachers on public land, meant exclusively for persons visiting Connaught Place, did not have any bill books
5      As they do not have any books it can safely be presumed that they are not paying any VAT, hardly any Income Tax and must also be selling contraband articles thus contributing to creation of black money.;
6       Now it being NDMC area, please intimate (i) your permission/authorization reference for allowing such encroachment/misuse of public property; (ii) intimate amount of earnings to NDMC and (iii) provisions under which mushrooming of unauthorized business, facilitating creation

Exceptions should be stopped. So too subsidies. Make the taxation vis, income, service, sales, value added n more simple without the exceptions n subsidy. More rules are strengthening the corrupt officials. Moment the front seat belt compulsory , the cop in Mumbai road stopped the car to check belt wearing at early morning while I drive. Same once the glass filament colours are banned cop stops the car n check n harass. Time the govts stop making more rules n exeptions n subsidy. Irrelevant but look at the irony, belt is compulsory for 4 wheelers but not fiat, same road auto driver no belt, truck driver no belt. Only 4 wheeler pax in front need protection??same with our law making, We are not able to streamline FIR in police station , we talk of ISO 9000 14000 n 18000 for eligibility for tendering in govt etc. Time the Govts wake up to realities.

I will give you a budget you like. No tax (income, service, etc). No Govt offices, no employment, no military. Use same old British laid tracks and carriages with same useless (so called) toilet! Happy?

FM should have exempted Cooperative Housing Societies from Service Tax on collections from Members for maintenance and repairs of Society's building. The deduction of Rs 80,000 for medical expenses should have been for all senior citizens above 60 years of age who have no mediclaim policy. Pension received from any source should have been exempt for senior citizens above 60 years.
