Land bill
by arungopal agarwal on Jun 17, 2015 12:29 PM  | Hide replies

We doubt even with the changes in land bill by NDA, land will be easily available, we need free flow of land availability if we want to compete with China or other advanced countries, such hindrances as created by congress and its allies will hamper infrastructural development, housing for increased population, industry and other related problems. Already 2 crore people are added-no employment.
Land acquisition is required only where masses live in barren land. Barren land is to be made cultivable by way of providing water and farmers can be shifted to plough it. A land which is fetching today Rs.3000 or more per meter is not viable to be cultivated.

yes but the people who opposing is the congress who own so much land over the 60 years in power that if they say yes to the land bill it means if they do not develop on it with in 5 years it goes back to the government hence they r the blockage to make India grow simple.

Land bill and Congress's double talk.
by sastry kaja on Jun 16, 2015 01:57 PM

That UPA II has felt the need for fresh land bill is undisputed fact. What Modiji has done is to increase the compensation package. He hasassured that land for gifting to Corporates( aswas done by dlf to Mr Vadra) will not be done.
English media is thoroughly anti-Modi and 'sensationalism' is passing off as good reporting. To-days' papers are party pamphlets. Mudra Bank is a definitely a very novel concept in alliviating the hard pressed financial needs of the poor in the villages. Grameena Banks are there and theyare not very effective and majority of 'farmer's suicides' are borrowing at high interestrates from private parties.
Jan Dhan jojana is to inculcate habit of 'Thirft' in the poor. Insurance to all at a very affordable rates is unimaginable under congress rule. All the above measures when implemented properly will usher in a better rural society.
Modiji's interactive programme of 'Man Ki Baath' is very receptive and people are getting involved in a big way. Surely India has moved forward and 'achee din' is not far off.

Land Bill is not at all anti-farmers in India
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Jun 15, 2015 05:11 PM

Unnecessarily, the corrupt congress and its alliances are creating nuisance and unwanted panic amongst the farmers of India who are so called Anna Data's of India, under such circumstances, how, any Indian voters will believer the gimmicks and unacceptable comments are spread by Corrupt Congress, particularly the inexperienced VP of corrupt Congress is roaming throughout the states of India just to scapegoat his skin and his brother-in-law's skin who is involved in land grabbing incidents in Haryana and Rajasthan from the poor farmers, why VP is not raising this issue before the farmers wherever he is going to deliver his mindless and meaningless lectures before them. Print this message. Almighty is there who will save the people who are in distress. This is clearly shows the intention of Corrupt Congress that during their span of six decades, they could not achieve the commitments made by them, except CWG, 2G, 3G got alas and unaccountable corruptions which cannot be excused by the Indian people at any cost to Corrupt Congress and its useless and meaningless alliances.

KRISHNAMURTHY V
NEGATIVE MEDIA COVERAGE !
by KRISHNAMURTHY V on Jun 15, 2015 02:54 PM

I fully agree with Gurumurthy's opinion that the Media is prejudiced against Modi and BJP. They don't publish 'positive news' about the Government, while at the same time pouncing on some 'trivial' 'negative matter' and blowing it out of proportion. And I also agree with him regarding the BJP spokespersons being inexperienced to handle the one-sided attack of the media, be it Electronic or Print. I would like to add a third point here-- they lack the 'Political expertise' of the Congress in using 'information' about the opposition leaders and keeping them 'quiet'-- remember how they kept MAYAWATI, MULAYAM, LALOO, KARUNANIDHI etc in check all the time.

Such a superb analysis of the one year of Modi government.I feel proud to read the views expressed by Shri S.Gurumurthy as I read between the lines and I believe that many people of this great country from various walks of life are nostalgic(on a lighter note) or not willing to accept the smooth revolution that has already begun to reclaim the glory of ancient India that was known as 'Sone ki Chidiya' again.I wish him all the best and request him to propagate his views in a broad spectrum.

That is typical of Modi haters and Rahul lovers. They do not read the interview, and throw stones after seeing who has been interviewed. It reflects a closed mind.
Perhaps they are 'reading-challenged'.

What is wrong with RSS, can anyone tell us-they do not have AK-47 or arms as terrorists have, they are necessity for the safety of people of this country and a fear for terrorists. Their every action is public-not in close door.
