Modi will appoint Gajender as new RBI Chef and His paid bhakats will defend it by saying allow him to work , how can you say that he doesn't deserved to be RBI Governer.. this happens only in india
Present Govt want to show that 'they are different'. With out application of mind, with out any logic or rational they want to poke their nose by putting C grade bhaktas at everyplace disregarding merit.

Rangarajan was lucky to have favourable financial winds during his tenure. Rangarajan recommended that natural gas prices be hiked 4 times favouring Reliance Industries Limited without any application of mind or regard for consequences for common man and poor of this country. If I were PM, i would have given him sufficient time to justify his report, which he cannot, then send him to jail with other crony capitalists.

There is no necessity to do a separate analysis on him. Most of the Tamil bureaucrats are corrupt and they work as per the dictum of their Tamil politicians. Congress party installs Tamilians at levels and in all Administrative services. Congress party uses north Indians for agitations and works for the welfare of Tamilians.
It is indeed a sad proposal to do away with Veto Power of RBI Govenor. Atleast Inflation related issues & fixing of interest should be left to a non-political person. Else why only leave signing of currency to him/ her. This could well be done by finance minister of the day. Hope good sense will previal before a final decision is take in this regard.

When the question of appointment of Director of Film Institute came about I was thinking it is being poiliticised and unnecessarily given a tone that BJP/RSS man is being imposed. Now the MOdi government is trying to bully RBI. This must be opposed tooth and nail. BJP/RSS should not think that all the brains are alloted to them only

Successive egoistic governors of RBI failed to control the inflation by playing on interest rates,thereby destroying business growth and job opportunities ,taxes,economy as a whole Internationally interest rates are less than 3%,why it should be more in India
