Cheap labour

When labour was cheap, business was good , profits were also good. At that time all these businessmen never thought of or implemented modern methods or paid attention to the environment. Profit was the only motive. Now when china who is always one step ahead has turned the tables , they start crying. As some one said our businessmen never do business by analyzing or thinking , only from the heart , which results in them having to face bad times .

It is astonishing to read the minds of those businessmen in Ship Breaking Industry, pointing their fingers towards China. Instead, they should understand that China is selling their product cheaply since they believe that lower the profit margin, higher would be the turnover and higher the turnover, higher would be the returns. Only thing is more labour and time are involved which our businessmen, who enjoyed high returns and low expenditure so for, do not relish. They must the study the methods and technologies adopted by China, so that they too can emulate. When the demand in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh for decommissioned ships is low, naturally the seller of such ships too would reduce their prices. Hence, the raw material becomes cheaper and our businessmen would be highly benefited. Further, they must unite and request the GOI to fix stringent quality checks on the import of Chinese steel and steel products and they too should comply. If sincerity, satisfaction and competence unite, even today the business would be paying.

INDIAN BUSINESS DONT WITHSTAND THE COMPETITION WITH MNC as indias way of working is to pull the issues in different directions by different management persons in the same organisation for their own personal benefit - without considering the intrest of the organisation . most of the indian organisations failed due to such issues .
