Population explosion among poor

Remarkable way of presenting statistics by the author. My submission:
(1) Why is it that no one is talking about the population explosion. Average fertility per woman among poor women is still 4 children.
(2) Why is that population of illiterate and malnourished persons is considered an asset?

its important to give everyone equal rights and facilities otherwise progress is not right.rich getting richer and poor getting poorer... its not impossible to do it just sincere efforts to progress...

reservations are a bane that will bring more inequality... caste cannot be made for progress.people are poor in all castes and religions ...caste based reservations make no sense

It is misgovernance , corruption and vote bank politics of Congress which has kept India poor. We have got the opportunity today and we must not miss it.
