In order to stimulate investment in mutual funds and other equity market portfolios, there should be a minimum guaranteed return of 8%. This will certainly ensure the diversion of majority bank FD based investors.
At present the Mutual Fund is just a cheating instruments for an ordinary middle class. There are number of corporate houses living on such cheated money.
