Indian Director, CEO High salary getting difference is unjustified compared to their staff. Alone they can't do anything. For every decision in company they need support of other officer, staff for implementation, making decision everything they required support as like they working in team but when talk about salary is huge difference compared to their team member supporting staff. Difference should be just like government Job same like lower salary and higher salary but when they get salary they shows monopoly in company but actual company run by people finance not by their finance . Company run by Bank finance, Stock market finance that belong to people then on what basis they are getting such high salary but their junior staff, officer , lower Job getting exploit in term of salary can't be justified , can't be tolerate in company.

Ambani does not run the company with his money, but with public money.Hence taking this level of money is immoral and unethical.Aambani can not be an effective individual 205 times and that is ridiculous.Another bad thing is how can bank employees take such a unfair huge salary while they produce nothing practically, but to manage few accounts.They can be paid may be ten to fifteen percent more than the highest paid employee.There is no science, technology,innovation but simple paper pushing.Japan the ratio is eight
this is not the only trick by the promoters to make money even if the company makes loss. the other big trick is to set up logistics company which is wholly owned by the promoter and routing all supplies to the public company through that with a thick margin.

Yeah, they should instead increase your pay cheque so that you can spend even more time on Facebook and Youtube during office hours and fudge your expense reports.
In country like india . 15 Cr for top businessman is very less .. kudos to Mukesh who has kept his salary at 15 cr without increase for so many years... we should support him and people like him so that more and more employments are generated in the country.
Mukesh owns his company and sicks his neck. Others barring Azim Premji, are just employees who can jump the ship whenever they like as Sikka did. Why compare "Apples with Oranges"?
