This is nothing but sealing by authorities to make the trend move upward only i.e. to make it irreversible so that extravagance and uncontrolled expenses of the govt. employees and the pple in power can be met. While constitution says that India is a welfare state, but the actual practice is laissez faire, where even the governments are bent upon squeezing money from even those who are getting sunk deep into the vicious circles of EMIs and loans. Unless there is an honest change into the policies, the common masses of the country will continue to get victimized.
