The usually reticent was seen criticizing the railway budget as Prabhu's dream. He was commenting that it was not told where the money would come from. Surely DT is not a run of the mill politician who criticizes for the sake of criticizing. At the same time SP must be having some plan. We the public would be happy to be educated of this. Hope SP would in future spell out his action plan somewhere.
