Be careful in allocation of fund

The economic policy followed globally has produced two results. One GDP and GDI has increased several folds in last 10 years.
Shocking that the people who are earning less than 1$ per day has increased from 40 crore to 130 crore globally.
Our budget should ensure that our contribution in swelling the number of people who are earning less than one dollar per day is reduced.
It hardly gives us any pleasure that how many rich Indians find their name in the list of the 100 richest people in world.
