As many in the country believed, modi will bring about a change in the style of transparent governance which will in turn cut red tapes &reduce corruption.This act does not need any legislation to be passed by only sincerity and honesty. His failure to bring back black money, investments etc can be forgotten for a while but not this kind of opaque governance which is no different from congress.Why should ministers and babu's be vested with so much of discretionary powers .Day to day activities of the government including the attendance of the bureaucrats, their expenses must be on the net for public scrutiny.Why should ministers & babus travel in first class and stay in five star hotels.The elected representatives must travel in buses,eat in normal hotels because all these are tax payers money.One was thinking that Modi will change all this.
