Govt. provides all the above till one retires at 60 whether work or do not work, whether fit or unfit whether corrupt or not. In such situation, zeal to develop self goes away, people become latharzy and employees with lower IQ continue. Who will take correction to retire this unwanted work force early and induct new blood with new technology.
