There is no use withdrawing older currency such as 1000 printed before say 1990 because these guys have cashed rupees to swiss franc's /EUR/USD and inturn bought gold which is already imported to India with fictitious companies calming the ownership of gold imports long time ago even before we started discussing black money. When the Govt of India says India imported 800 metric tonnes of gold (official figures) every year for lats 10 years , one must question who is buying gold in India in large qty’s. If the Govt is determined to find out who is behind gold imports they can easily seize the shipments at port for more documentation and see who claims the gold. the real truth is Most of the black money is already back In India in the form of gold when the politicans have been shouting in the news papers giving time for their corrupt friend and themselves to convert money to gold over last decade.

just read this my brother a computer engineer was earning 8 to 10000 in 1998 went to usa with a plan to never return india his daughter born in usa 2001 but in 2005 he must have returned back stayed there landed in health problem due to lack of health care in usa lost 3 crore assets house cars tv laptops gold so his life time achievement is now is in usa he is good for nothing now has to take medicines in india also for life time such is just a tip of an ice berg just how one computer engineer lost his life time achievement in usa due to health problems he could not even imagine there are many such cases need timely councelling to avoid such life destroyed due to overstay
