Black Money

Sh. Modi can bring back black money by declaring all the black money as Public Money as these are stashed outside illegally out of Scams done in India. Supreme Court did it in past and got the money remitted back to India within a week by Swiss Bank. But that requires a serious will and will expose BJP top shots as they also have accounts in their names.

When the UPA was in power thye tried to protect the Black Money Hoarders with all sorts of excuses of bilateral compulsions and what not. Modiji during election propaganda declared on top of his voice that he will bring back all black money and distributed to the people of India with HUNDRED days. Now hid CM first came out to announce the names of 60 hoarders but before he could pick and choose the names, the list is out of more than 1000 account holders of black money in HSBC Bank. He is now repeating what the UPA talked of international laws and obligations etc etc. Was he not knowing this fact while in opposition. This is sheer opportunism and blackmailing the Indian people. Already, Modi's popularity has taken a beating with religious intolerance, Delhi Election and now the Black Money episode. It is doubtful whether he will survive his full 5-year term as PM even with such huge majority of seats in Parliament. He has to see the writing on the wall and improve his rule.

As long as we have corrupt tax departments, black money will be continued to be generated. Only difference is that corruption based high value black money goes abroad whereas 10 times black money generated by vegetable vendors, fish vendors, marble cutters, vada pav wallahs etc....

Pls post the video link (not the twitter ones from paid media) where he said he will bring black money within 100 days? Where is it mentioned in the BJP manifesto about 100 days? A Lie repeated 100000 times over and over again is still a lie!

Why the government is not taking up the case of Swiss bank with the United Nations and urge similar problem facing countries to rein the Swiss authorities to cooperate or cut off relations with the such devilish country. The Swiss is enjoying at the cost of other countries. It is inhuman and treachery. Boycott them at international foras.

Unethical Practices

Its irony to find the statement that "HSBC said that its Swiss arm had not been fully integrated into HSBC after its purchase in 1999". Does it take 15 years to let your best practices be followed by your own firm?
The 20th century war is not only fought on the field and in the technology hubs, but also greatly in the financial sectors. Denying a country of its righteous tax from the businessmen of its own should also be treated as an international offence as it deprives the countrymen from the basic needs and a better life style. Why the super powers don't bomb these tax heavens???

HSBC is just franchising it's name even in India. It the only bank which does not adhere to bullying by Federal Reserve. Hence HSBC actually does not integrate operations at global level.

HSBC failings

Only a prohibitive penalty and recovery of lost taxes will bring sense into the bank adminsitration. The bank can be forced into liquidation at this rate. Or is the bank working towards liquidation?
