They have the worst service in my 14 years of flying experience. I have written so many times to DGCA....mailed them on many occasions...but neither they submit my complaint nor they take any action, nor they acknowledge the mails...can't say what's keeping them so busy...
I would never recommend people to fly Spicejet in any circumstances...Tons of cancellation....Rude behavior...third class facilities and environment...
