Why is it so that whenever a scheme is designed, there is always a priority or soft corner for Government Employees & Pensioners. Those who are not Government Employees or Pensioners, don't they deserve to live in this country. Are they not humans, aren't they entitled to benefit from Government sponsered Schemes
