Good thing the residents are asking for bus priority lanes. The BBMP must emulate London soon and increase the bus frequencies on these lanes. Also place a big fine on those u driving alone on ORR in cars. Every car must pick up at least one passenger other than the driver.
Reg the 100 crore property tax paid by the companies on ORR, well, some five flyovers were built in last 5 years.Of course a good part of it goes to sprucing up the areas where the ministers live - and that complaint is common to all areas of Bangalore. You don't get your money's worth from the taxes you pay.
