Best time for Nehru/Gandhi mukt India
by Rajesh Chheda on Dec 14, 2015 11:26 AM

Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi along with Motilal Vohra have clearly been caught red handed in a murky deal.
The court has to ensure fair trial considering clout held by Gandhis well exceeds 45 seats in Lok Sabha and 68 in Rajya Sabha.

If corporate veil is lifted, it is a clear case of cheating and grabbing Rs.2000 crore assets, do we need such judicial system, where such influential persons can take advantage and avoid prosecution rather can take parliament into ransom. Their place if jail, country needs drastic reforms to ban all such corrupt and anti people politicians, appears Modi is also failing.

AJL's Missing objective..............
by Dattaprasad Prabhu on Dec 13, 2015 11:44 PM  | Hide replies

A plot admeasuring 3478 Sq Mts on the prime land was allotted to M/s A.J.Ltd in the year 1983,in Mumbai's suburb of Vandre (Bandra) along the western exp highway. The pretext given by M/s AJL was to construct a Public library and Research Center(?) in the name of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. Today, the project is a “commercial building” comprising two levels of basement parking, an office and atrium on the ground floor and eleven floors of offices. The proposal for a Nehru memorial library is not mentioned in the building permission documents. For nearly three decades, the plot remained vacant even as a parcel of the original larger plot was handed over to a housing society floated by Congressman Rajiv Chavan. Former Mumbai Congress president Kripashankar Singh is a member of the society. Mumbai-based RTI activist Anil Galgali, who in 2012 wrote to then chief minister Prithviraj Chavan and urged the government to take the plot of land back since no construction had begun for nearly 30 years, told reporters that the land can still be taken back for non-compliance with the original allotment conditions. The owners of 38% stake each in M/s Young Indians are threatening to take the Parliament ransom with the help of 45 MPs.. I would like to remind the readers that for peaty reasons of espionage by two police Havildars, in March 1991, they pulled down then Chandrasekhar Govt., when they had 197 MPs. Kripa is "absconder" wrt the one disproportionate assets case in Mu

Myths about not-for-proft Section 25 companies
by Bharat Kumar on Dec 13, 2015 05:49 PM

Why aren't the politicians of parties, lawyers and accountants, not clarifying what not-for-profit Section 25 companies can do? !Section 25 company doesn't distribute dividends, but it spends money freely. There are many societies of this kind in Delhi and around India, call themselves not-for-profit but spend-at-will. Many NGOs are suspect for the same reason. Thieves know the other thieves, you see, politicians know some of these NGO fronts too well. Is it any surprise no NGO comes out in support on the other, except the dented and painted comments in television studios?

I was booted out of one of those companies when I innocently asked about the expenses :) Young Indian might be collecting the rent from properties let out and holding that as a reserve for some purpose, but most Section 25 companies run events of all kind - marketing expenses, sponsoring research activities, conferences, etc. which are run by sister, brother and every kind of related companies sitting on the board of these companies.

It would be interesting to collect data on all spendings of all Section 25 companies.
