The property should be confiscated and should be auctioned by the govt. Tax congress party for diverting political funds to commercial transactions. prosecute them . law will it take its one course of action. These cases should not come for 25 years for hearing . then only they will address common man problem and middle class people. enough of subsidies and freebies . no memorials. no statue to any political leaders. let them start a new scheme for the people of India with their name. smart cities road and by lanes be used with their names. enough of looting . Dawood property was confiscate dand auctioned. let government department or consulates , or export promotion council can function.
Nobody can show finger at Congress party or on Nehru family.Immediately blame will be put on Modi govt as vendatta politics.So Nehru family and Congress is absolutely safe.

Can any one clarify what's book value of assets in the books of Associated Journals as on today? (in courts it is stated that the Market value is 2000 crres)

The Mumabi Property is allotted to Associated Jourals in 1983. Which freedom fight congress was doing in 1983??

Associated Journals, which once published the National Herald newspaper, was allotted 3,478 sq m (34,000 sq ft) of land by the Maharashtra government in 1983 for building a Nehru Memorial library and a research centre.
But the building permission was issued for a commercial block with two levels of basement parking, an office and atrium, and 11 floors of offices, Nobody knows who is developing the building, who is funding it, and what is its end use,
