Mr.Ashwini Lohaniji, would hopefully do his best to make AI a rich airliner in near future within a short period and make dreaming unaffordable flyers to reach the sky-high. Thanks for appointing right officer at "START UP" India
Our Country is in desperate need of such MEGA talented professionals. But our SYSTEM demotivates Visionaries.PM should keep him motivated for the benefit of the country.
Excellent choice.Purely on merits by Modi.AI has been tottering for some years and nosedived due to its own workforce.Esp the frequent lightening strikes by pilots left the passengers caught unawares as well as put them to untold sufferings. Purely inhuman and heartless acts from the pilots which created a sense of uncertainity in flights. They were given a long rope to resort to unpleasant activities, the carrier was on sick mode and counting its days for a decent burial.Even Ajit Singh tried his hand to resolve but failed.AI requires a thorough revamp and rejuvenation, at the sametime recast in pay structure. The attitude of workers that whether work or not salary will be paid should go.Firstly every employee should be made to work fully for the stipulated hours and answerability/accountability needs to be fixed on them.Salary should be refixed on downward direction and responsibility added to them. Will the new chief deal with iron hand?will he do? wait and watch.

The man selected for the job has very good credentials. And AI is faced with many challenges like aviation policy, operational issues, cribbing pilots, maintenance problems etc. Hope this man will make best efforts to bring back some of the lost glitter of AI which is quite challenging job. Anyway excellent choice made by the Govt of India.
