It is good for Prime Minister Modi to establish a sentimental chord with the NRIs.But NRI investment will not come unless the ease of doing business is existant.NRIs are scared of the corruption that exists .Mr Modi knows that he cannot wish away corruption with his rhetoric.We have to wait for something improbable to happen to make India corruption free.
