It would have been wiser to go through the points raised by Money Life and analyse if it were true and how the defects could be rectified.Instead NSE went to the Court(on wrong advice of it's counselers). Will the NSE now ask the money back (paid to counselers as fee) from their counsellers?
The unethical practices followed in getting advance info with tweaking the Hardware and software resulting in assured profit would have put millions of other retail traders at loss. Should we not mete out severe punishment to such guys. IN a country if every body is lured by pecuniary benefits to compromise there duty to give advantage to few big timers, should we not be ashamed of such act. This issue has cropped up not because a whistle blower was a patriot just because in the new company he has joined he has lost the opportunity which was shown by NSE to his earlier company. They do not realise that Millions are financially ruined for few to enrich. All like minded people from different walks of life should start a "Save India Campaign" from the clutches of these greedy and heartless people
