New York as smart city? Laughable. It is dirty, littering done everywhere, full of crime, drugs. New York has many mafia groups and drug cartels. Their famous Obama was famous drug dealer later he changed in life. Also breakdown of civil society - weakening of social fabric - loss of moral values, divorce, traffic problem, unsafe..
A much better smarty city would be Seol, Singapore, or take some of cities in Japan or South East Asia countries where crime is less not even Dubai
