Railway privatisation in the sectors mentioned above is possible. The point is that private players will offer rates if auctioned for sectors(having high occupancy/demand) like Mumbai-Delhi,Chennai-Bengaluru,Mumbai-Ahmedabad,Delhi-Jaipur,Delhi-Chandigarh,Delhi-Kolkata,Delhi-Chennai,Mumbai-Bengaluru etc., while the remaining sectors/routes will continue to be in Gov't hands & lose money heavily,thereby making the condition of railways even more perilous. Private parties invest for earning profits & do not indulge in charity.
Scene shown above is only for railway, but one can see total failure of Police and other agencies about traffic rules on roads, crossing etc., by pedestrians, cyclists, motor cyclists etc., in mass scale. In case of an accident, mistake is always of the person who has paying capacity as in our country, poor and such indiscipline lot never do any mistake.
