Poor fellow, not only your is a story of Xiomi. But I have some other story. I bought a Karbonn A30. One day it fell down and the display showing some darker areas though the display was intact. Then I handed it over to the service center here at Shimoga. The service men replaced the display and the touch screen for which I have to wait for 5 months. During this time, the guarantee period over. But even after replacement of these parts, the phone did not worked satisfactorily. I had to get back my broken spares and got money back which I paid for replacement and service after six months. Their intention is to discourage the customers from servicing the mobiles and encourage sales of their new models at the cost of customers. That\'s all.
what else you expect from Chinese companies. do not buy anything that made in china instead use India made products & help Indian economy. haven't you seen what these people are doing on our border. they support Pakistan's agenda against India. their Government, their media cant see India's progress and try to insult India at every chance they got.

SUCH CHINESE COMPANIES WHO FOOL THE PUBLIC HAVE TO BE KICKED OUT. IS THE BJP GOVT SLEEPING / WHEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ARE THERE. BETTER TO BUY INDIAN ASSEMBLED PRODS.LIKE ZOLO, ETC.

Pls keep bring out this type of awareness, this will educate the innocent public across the country, who trust and buy from their hard earned money, and then taken for a ride. I feel Indian media must give wide coverage to this bad behaviour of Redmi
every gadget is breakable.. does the author of this post knows cost of replacement of i phone 6 screen ??? the real point is xiaomi provides the best possible hardware at minimal profit margin as the company does not thrives in sales or gadgets.. xiaomi is basically a software company selling good phones at minimal cost.. the phones are good trust me on that.. but they are still to build up there service network in India, people are not fools that they are buying MI 3 MI 4 etc ...can anyone tell me what\'s the cost of similarly specs phones in samsung or sony??? 20-25K more than xiaomi\'s offering... i have used i phones and i loved it ... my last phone was HTC One M7 then i switched to MI 3 ... all my friends were saying that i bought a CHINA MOBILE but sooner they all ended up buying XIAOMI MI3, REDMI NOTE 4G, MI 4.... and why they bought it???? the reason is what this company is offering u just can\'t get over it .. and please u say u can\'t open device\'s hotspot ?? :P if ur not tech savy how did u knew abt xiaomi..? buy micromax or lava or may be Karbon... no other company listens to their customer\'s as Xiaomi check out MI INDIA facebook page if u like... all i wanna say after using apple samsung HTC ... xiaomi is not less than in performance in any way, but they are still improving service support. it\'s JUST 8 months in India and 5th largest mobile seller... 3rd largest in world after samsung and apple 1st in china .. that doesn\'t comes by selling c

You dont even have a name? Are you a chinese spy or one hired by xiaomi for 1 cent per post to improve the image of company online?
U have done a good job by preventing many like me from throwing our hard-earned money in this deal. I personally will never go for Xiaomi---B.N. Choudhury
