I loved this and this is true for everything online ...i had a similar issue with rediff shopping , a worse harrowing issue with Make my Trip and so on. Nowadays for anything important , i go to brick and mortar even if i have to pay more but i get peace of mind and most importantly i have learnt to discard....if things dont work throw it away and buy another one. Dont buy anything new that hits the market. prices are sure to fall and you will get a bargain. Even if it fails , by the time i buy it , it is not so high that I feel sad I have to discard it. try second hand smart phones from the local mobile seller . i found that they work just as well and you get a replacement faster because u can see the guy who sold to you.

Year and half back I bought my nexus5 from a good delear who offered 10% off, and the credit card company offered another 2500, I bought the phone for 21k with cover, scratch guard, and 1 year insurance..still it works like charm..

Drag them to Consumer Court. They will come to their senses. Services of Samsung, Sony HTC are far better. hardware is not within warranty is ridiculous excuse.
