Panic is already evident

Improved relations with India ( by PRC and USA both ) spell doom for Pak. Panic is taking over as one can see from the comments from across the border.

A wasted trip by 85 top media guns from India. Modi is not giving them any 'bhav'. Resorting to street drama also doesn't work.

The phrase 'being business friendly'
by piri on Sep 29, 2014 11:27 PM  | Hide replies

means different things in different countries.

In India, then, now and in the foreseeable future, being business friendly has meant and can mean only one thing - looking the other way or actively colluding when businesses, especially big businesses, take big liberties with laws on taxation and revenue, the environment, labour, land use, cartelisation, hoarding and several others !

So, the phrase 'being more business friendly' in the Indian parlance can only mean that whatever liberties big businesses have been taking will be allowed to grow bigger and bigger!

In sum, the Modi regime has expectedly shown all signs of becoming a more virulent form of the UPA as far as equitable, sustainable, corruption free and environment friendly economic growth is concerned!

The beauty about Modi is he talks like a baniya.

Now he traveled all over the world. Now do it in practical, lets see where can he reach now. His party fared very badly in all by elections recently.

Now Modi remove corruption. You said during Kejriwal campaign only you can remove corruption. Should I show you articles and videos. You did not utter a single sentence after wining elections or Lokpal

You said you will not leave a single person who talks of dividing people Adityanath, you released babu bajrangi, you did not say single words against them

You best friend in orange clad Baba Ramdev said he will not sit until black money is brought in country. You both did not utter single word on that.

Now remove corruption
REduce inflation, reduce gas price
Bring more jobs
Finish communalism with strict law..

Do that now its time for implementation. If you remove communalism and corruption, I'll be slave of you for rest of my life

Dear USA, CIA, Homeland Department of USA, Obama!

Please we wish to inform you that Narendra Modi is a changed man, no doubt about that. We agree, his thinking is to make modern India. He has ideas of investment, infrastructure building, unity in diversity. His deputy Rajnath Singh is another secular, decent guy who is intelligent and command respect from all community. Until here it is good, the problem starts with his MP's in Parliament. Modi has around 40%- 50% MP's in Parliament who has medium to serious criminal records such as rioting, kidnapping, murder, raeping. His cabinet minister Uma Bharti has 13 serious case of riots and violence.

Recently Narendra Modi released Babu Bajrangi and Maya Kodnani on bail. They were convicted by Gujrat high court of 2002 riots where both wee involved in mass rioting. Modi another ally of past VHP is one radical outfit who carried 2002 Gujrat. Modi during Kasab and Afzal Guru were shouting in public to be hang them but when they came in power they allowed these mass rioters to go free on pressure of RSS (parent body of BJP which is most radical right wing outfit since 1920's).

More ever his party did not gave any ticket to minorities saying election is not fought on minority and majority basis. In real Singapore which is a role model country in religous pluralism has stated that minority representation in Parliament affirms that the party believes in multi religous, diverse and multi cultural politics than just one majority repr

In Singapore it is compulsion to field one minority members in a group of 3-6 in each region so that, Policy measures and social institutions are key levers through which we promote social cohesion and integrate our communities.

Now don't say Singapore is different. Singapore is one of the very very few countries in world which has not seen race riots since 1959, since his PM promised to its people that it will never ever see race riots in Singapore because it is truly an equal society.

Now here, his party (BJP President) goes to Jammy and Kashmir, a disputed state and declared that the next chief minister in the state should be from his or majority community. This is how they run politics in India.

The BJP party of Mr. Narendra Modi whose parent body is RSS says their ideology and H__i_ndutv_a is only way of living. All Indians are that. They say we are only contractors of humanity. Of course they are not lethal like TTP or LET, but their ideology is of right wing. Recently Modi's party member Adityananth declared Love jihad campaign and Modi was silent spectator since if he speaks too much he know he will be thrown out.

Modi allows corruption t flourish through his close friends like Ambani, Adani. He knows Crony capitalism is major threat but allowing Relaince to charge money on as per their wishes can be lethal. He took so miuch black money from Ambani during his election campaign so its time to return now.

india is not a democracy. switzerland is. india is an elective oligarcgy, an evolved form of feudalism in which the flight of arrows and spears on the battlefield has been replaced by flights of ballots, but the dukes still contend for the crown, and the winner rewards their followers fron the treasury. corruption is built in to the system, it is the perquisite of victory.

democracy can be better, if only by requiring that public business must be done in public. but to get democracy you must first acknowledge you don't have it.

Like in Scotland UK government followed real democracy by allowing referendum this is how it runs in democracy.

In India jammy and kashmir which was disputed state integrated in india on special circumstances, one of the condition was article 370 which gives them special rights. It is in international law and UN that Jammu and kashmir people can conduct referendum or at least plebiscite as per their wishes. India is oppressing people voice there through force.

Not only that even in assam region and other states which china is aiming, their people are not happy with indian government since indian government don't give development focus on that area.

India on general do not have any special committee or body to maintain religous pluralism. It just thinks by following indian secular constitution and with little bit development here and there with infrastructure it will bring harmoney. Go and see in singapore, how they maintain it how much effort

Those who are jumping up and down for Modi should read today's article "A New Awkward Ally; Why Washington shouldn’t be so quick to embrace India’s new prime minister", by Hartosh Singh Bal at politico dot com. It is premature to call this trip a success. It might not turn out to be the case. It looks like Modi is desperate to prove his innocence after US denied his visa, he wants to show, by hook or by crook, that he is a real leader. But unfortunately, Americans don't pay attention to drums played by third world countries like India, unless they have any particular interest in it. At present, Obama is too much occupied with Syria, Iraq and Ukraine and the private businesses are in pressure to keep jobs in within US, not outsource to other countries.

It is plain rubbish to think Modi has to prove his innocence to US - his innocence is already proved in the highest court in India - Supreme Court...

And, moreover, if you have your own thoughts, share the same - not parrot some xyz's thoughts here,

Even if it's a drama which it definitely can't be, have you ever seen any other PM so constructive, inspiring and bringing in positive vibes to fellow citizens. I hope Modi stay's the PM for 3 terms and definitely you and me will see India shinning.
