coal gate and sc judgement

Court order has given clear message within/outside India that our judiciary is alive. It also gives message that the CAG,Oppn Parties, media, intelegence and other agencies were sleeping from 1993 to 2012 till the CAG broght out matter. Then PM should have cancelled the allotments made at least by his govt to save his face in public eyes

Who is the culprit
by PSN KUMAR on Sep 26, 2014 04:16 PM

The best part of this order is there is no culprit. No body to point finger that you have done wrong. Just say system is wrong and protect culprits. What was the PM doing. What were the coal ministers doing. What was the official machinery doing. The money of people who saved in banks is given to these and now we say it as NPA. How shameful it is.

When BC/SC/ST (Raja/Kanimozhi) does it's 2G Corruption and they're jailed.
When forward caste (Birla/Jindal) does it's Coal Business and they're roaming free.

Cancellation of coal blocks by SC

While some may laud the 'Historic and Bold'judgement in cancelling the coal blocks allotted from 1993 we need to look into
1.The final burden and loss.Where it will be?
2.Just because a child is illegitimate:Do we kill it or throw into the dust bin?
3.The Hon court takes years on each case.We still do not have closure on 1993 Mumbai blasts case,The Satyam Scandal or Rajiv assassination case. These Hon judges may think they are fair but as one who followed Arundhati Roy Contempt of court case and the proceedings I feel they have fallen very short.

Yes. The existing arrangement would continue till March 31 ,2015. Hence there is enough time put in place next system, so that economy will not face any problem.

Who will put the economy back? SC?
Why should production be stopped?...will the SC feed the labourers and the salaried?
If the Sc cant do its act without jeopardizing the economy....then we are better off than having a SC...
which does not have any accountability! only there to do a POST MATEM...In this case the stopping of mining will mean that ENERGY will be PURCHASED FROM OUTSIDE!....who will pay for it? SC or the UPA?... the nation will do it on the shoulders of ordinary citizen... with energy as such high priced The inflation will go sky high!

So in your opinion, businessmen and politicians should continue looting the country and courts should keep quiet, because these looters raise the bogey of economy in danger.

Leeches Cannot Live Independently.

Tell BANIA to take their Caste share of land from India and go build their own nation as per "Communal Award". They're less than 1% in India.

crony capitalism should be wiped out in india
by brian crasto on Sep 26, 2014 12:13 PM

The worst part in the country is that some industrialists think they can get away with anything. Sadly most of them are not patriotic. They may say they are Indians but tweak laws to their advantage. Patriotic indians should follow the laws of the land. Some dont even hire good lawyers to advice them. Abroad they pay hefty fees for lawyers so that they dont get in trouble. Today the industrialists and the banks who stand to lose in the coalgate scam because of their negligence. Sadly in a democratic institution the Supreme Court stands tall dwarfing the legislative and the executive.

Why cancellation of coalgate issue not taken up by SC

The UPA 1 & 2 were playing the magic behind the bars with CBI not to disclose the names of the tenders of coalgate awarded to UPA 1 & 2 MPs, MLAs who were (Print this message) involved in such coalgate cases since 1993 if found guilty which will be awarded after going through SIT under the instructions of Supreme Court of India which is the highest legal judiciary to take up such decisions and should be awarded vigorous punishment after declaring guilty by UPA 1 & 2 and even other parties MPs also who are involved should not be spared at any cost under judiciary.
