With constitutional amendments to BR act a fully comparable banks can be possible which will not only bring about 100% financial inclusion but generate at least 2 million substantial, sustainable and gainful employment, generate at least 200 thousand crore of savings and 5 lakh crore of private money flowing into economy - All in about just under Two and a Half years time .
