WELL, PAY THEM AS YOU WISH. BUT THERE SHOULD BE SOME LOGIC, AS CEO-MINUS-OTHER STAFF = WILL BE ZERO.SO OTHERS SHOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED.MATHEMATICLLY IT IS THOUSANDS X ONE ONLY.
THE CEO OR M.D ARE EARNING CRORES IN PVT SECTOR THRU SALARY WHEREAS JUNIOR LEVEL EMPLOYEES IN SAME ORGANISATION ARE STRUGGLING TO MEET BOTH ENDS MEET.THE GOVT SHOULD INTERVENE AND FIX MINIMUM SALARY FOR JUNIOR LEVEL EMPLOYEES SO AS TO FREE THEM FROM EXPLOITIATION OF EMPLOYERS.

In private organization, it is what you can offer for the company makes the difference. If you are not happy with what you get, leave and join some one else or start your own business.

No one is forcing you to work for these companies.. It's not your father money to be given to you for free..
It is communist mentality like yours that will drag our country and it's economy down...
We would like to know how much they have spend from their Renumeration towards betterment of mankind. As well said by my friend most of the staff stretch themselves hard to survive. They are useless for the country only gold diggers.

Why don't you learn more, work harder, and make more money -- and then give that extra money to the poor?

Most of these rich people do give a lot in charity which you may not know. They may not publish it in the paper or TV but they really do give.

Bill Gates and Warren Buffets all publish their wealth..check it out on Forbes magazine....In any way what they make and what they give away is far more than you and I can ever imagine. Warren Buffets gives away 90% of his wealth.
the real issue is how fairly they pay to their employes. in most of the companies the next tier is not even paid Rs 30,000/- per month. most of them do not have own house. come to work for boss in two wheeler or auto, there is no slightest realization of the the value of sharing wealth.

Why don't you start a company, work day and night, run around making deals, negotiate with the govt. for every small thing, etc. and then share your wealth with your employees?

poor guy you assume that these CEOs do everything you have mentioned. they get things done through thrbarin power andskill of their associates and workers. they have to share. otherwise should do all thework. many of them do not know even on how to write a sentence.
One must always remember face of hungry child and think or ask himself whether he should really draw such huge salary. I'll feel ashamed to draw such salary in this country

If you talk about hungry child, have you ever parted a hand full of food to such starving people? such people like you are good for nothing, just speak non sense. Please don't write such comments without knowingfacts. Most of these rich people do give away a lot more than you can imagine. They may not publish it. They make money and they spend it also. Or else they start new business and offer jobs to more people. They just don't eat all the money!
