Obviously laws in India/China will be different from your company laws. If you don't want to do business then leave. No country will adjust laws to your convenience.

you are correct, but at the same time some are laws are misinterpreted. for ex karnataka is planning to impose sales tax where as other states or not. If you look at sales tax act of karnataka , it is no different from other states but they want to impose sales tax whereas other states or not.
