Markets and MRTPC....Match-Fixing of the 70s ....
by rishi on Oct 28, 2014 07:17 PM  | Hide replies

and the practice carries on .... an aggressive consumer movement of the kind of awareness and 'teeth' people of the developed nations have is yet to take place here in our country. The good news is that the media has lately uplifted its moral stand in public-interest issues which are now getting due coverage.

Bajaj cries foul
by SUNIL SHETH on Oct 28, 2014 03:34 PM  | Hide replies

The given story has no moral standing & facts. In fact it was a known fact that Bajaj used to supply scooters to dealers at a premium in cash over the bill price. This in turn make the dealers to charge the same from its customers. Another fact, Bajaj had made it that no further two wheeler licence were issued in order to keep its monopoly going strong. This story is for the innocent & babies. And why was there any need for him to keep visiting UDYOG BHAVAN frequently? This clears the picture that Bajaj was interested in keeping the auto policy in his favour.

Bajaj scooter booking was booming with USA Dollar preference over indian rupees for allocation of a scooter. So Bajaj has clearly made a monopoly in such way and made people to book/get scooter on Foreign Currency- US D.

Bajaj family took advantage of the License Raj, Inspector Raj and Reservation Raj. Now, under the Narendra Modi administration they have to compete in open market, an idea that is not quite relished from their point of view. The main issues are the volume of production, the market price, the product quality, and the service friendliness. The Nehru dynasty destroyed these aspects to a very great measure.

Bajaj was taking a hefty premium and if money was flowing to politicians can it be called fountainhead of corruption? The y have no right to talk about ethics.

LOOT BY AUTOMOBILE GAINTS SHEDDING CROCODILE TEARS.
by sudhakar sk on Oct 28, 2014 03:17 PM

Automobile gaints of India
have looted India's
users to the brim and benifited
to become billionaries
by exploiting the time
and Govt. policy
to build thier empire.

Now shamelessly sheds crocodile tears.

Look at PAL exploited the policy
to the core to amass wealth.

Rahul Bajaj even was decrying
Govt.'s decision on CSR policy
as if he is the dictator of
India's Govt. industrial policy.

India's progress is achieved
not at the mercy of
Bajaj's
Birla's
Ambani's
Adani's or
Tapars
but
Govt's policy
for the poor,
of the poor and
by the poor.

These Industrialist have created
huge NPA
and exploited the
Industrial work force
to build thier
corrupt empire.

When Maruti Udyog took birth
and Suzuki chairman
who was present
at opening ceremony
told them PM Smt.Indira Gandhi,
that if you nurse this joint
venture properly it would become a banyan tree or else it would
remain as bonsai. Today, Maruti is the largest exporter as well highest number of vehicals on
Indian road.
Opposition Parties and opportunist
like Rahul Bajaj, accussed and
"murdered" Sanjay Gandhi,
original promoter of Maruti.
