Indian chief executive officers are over blown and the list includes Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, Ajay Singh Banga, Sathya NAdella and now Sundararajan Picchai. They are not Andrew Viterbi,Irwin Jacobs, Andy Grove, and Robert Noyce. They are ordinary people who are neither top researchers nor pioneers like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison and Michael Dell. We should raise our standards to greter heights. Praising average people does not take us anywhere. It is analogous to the characteristics of the administrations run by by the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.
according to linus torvalds the inventor of linux, christian fundamentalist religious group makes all important military, economic and political decisions in USA.

I am a Tamil brahmin, and what you are saying is true. Nevertheless, the fact remains that they constitute about 1 percent of the population in Tamil Nadu and want to occupy all the top positions, many without qualification and merit. Some of my relatives became directors of IITs and IIMs; some were qualified, but some did not even have a doctorate degree, and were elevated by the Nehru dynasty to highly exalted positions that they did not deserve. In the bargain, some Nobel Prize caliber people from all communities were over-looked and the establishments went into mediocrity.

He already licks the shoes of a South Indian IT boss. That's why you see mental cases here and then on rediff. They are not worth for more than licking our shoes clean like dogs.
