Think about the immediate availability of critical medicines being ordered in real-time from nearby villages and towns, when they are unavailable locally. India has an estimated 638,000 villages. Think of the millions who die due to "non-availability" factor of medicines. (I am not talking about the expense of medicine factor, that's a totally different issue).

I think people will stone to death these drones, as they are not only dangerous as they can land in unethical hands and also they will bring several bread winners on the roads. At the very first instance, the govt should ban any form of drone usage in delivery of parcels.

we are basically against any new idea ! if satellites can fly out, drones being used by usa in afganistan/iraq pakistan/syria etc, missiles and Nuc munitions stockpiled and tested, why not drones for fmcg delivery ? system can be in place to see no large harm and with regular corrections, things can improve. govt must take lead and move.
